Jeffrey, You ‘ALMOST’ answered my question your video, Top Ten Tips. I’ve been using my IP for 2 years with no problem. But the last two times I’ve used it, it comes to pressure but the count down timer doesn’t start. The first time it happened I opened the pot and dinner was thankfully done so I didn’t think a lot about it. Looking back, part of the liquid was thick so pretty sure it needed more liquid. Then it happened a 2nd time. Cooking spaghetti squash with 1 cup water. I stood there and watched it in case the problem happened again and I got the Burn message this time so I just turned it off. I wonder if my ring is bad, but if so it wouldn’t come to pressure. Any suggestions? Maybe again it needed more water but the recipes I looked at all said 1 cup water. I love your videos and recipes!

IP people say to pour 2 cups white vinegar Into the pot and turn it oh to high for 2 minutes and it will clean the whole liner, lid and fittings.
