If there’s anything I love, it’s shiny new things. With this stated, it should come as no surprise that my jaw hit the floor when I saw the beautiful new Instant Pot Ultra after its recent release. And seeing how much I LOVE my IP-DUO60 (so much that I was in the market for another to cook two different things at once), I knew I had to have one.
