Hi Jeffery, I love your recipes for the instant pot. I have all three of your cook books and use them all the time. Because of you I love my instant pot. There is not one of your recipes that I have tried that my husband and I have not enjoyed. In fact even though there are other recipes out there for the instant pot yours are mainly the only ones I use because of the favors, easy to follow recipes and the variety of different types of food.
